Internship program
Creating opportunities for the next generation
Our global internship program includes opportunities across all our core capabilities as well as within our Group Services and Shared Solutions teams.
As an intern, you will be supported and mentored by a trained line manager within your capability. All line managers are supported by members of our HR, Career Experience, and Internship Program teams. Our internship program is full-time and fully paid.
Key intern activities include: comprehensive onboarding and team bonding activities, personal departmental tasks, lunch 'n' learns, introductory sessions with each member of our executive leadership team, company insight spaces, internal skills workshops, weekly check-in sessions with intern mentors, and a group intern project.
The objectives of the Internship Program are:
To expose individuals of diverse backgrounds to the world of solving complex healthcare challenges.
To make better health happen for future generations by providing meaningful and impactful career experiences.
To create opportunities for our interns to become ambassadors for diversity, equity, and inclusion throughout their careers.
