Amalia is an Associate Director, is based in the US office (native New Yorker now based in Miami, FL), and has nearly a decade of healthcare consulting experience spanning market access, policy, stakeholder insights, value strategy and communications, and launch planning across US and global markets. She is experienced in leading complex engagements and cross-functional teams across oncology, rare disease, neuroscience, and chronic conditions—translating evolving policy, healthcare system, evidence, and stakeholder dynamics into actionable commercialization and access strategies. Amalia also has extensive project management and leadership experience, shaping teams to help solve clients' challenges and bring innovative thinking throughout the product lifecycle. Amalia holds a BA in Global Health from the University of Pennsylvania and an MPH from the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health. In her spare time, Amalia enjoys yoga, cooking, traveling and exploring new places around the world. She is also fluent in French and Haitian Creole.
