Market access and commercial strategy consultancy Skysis joins Avalere Health

4/9/2020

Skysis joins Avalere Health, bolstering our strong strategic offering for our healthcare clients with new skills in market access.

We’re delighted to announce the addition of Skysis, a boutique consulting firm providing integrated market access and commercial strategy solutions based in the USA, to our group.

The company brings with it the ability to connect interdependencies across healthcare professional, payer, channel, and patient stakeholders. It is the first acquisition with Avalere Health’s new investor Bridgepoint.

The acquisition bolsters our strong consulting capabilities and furthers our skills in market access. Clients can benefit from these services across our capabilities – marketing and commercial Consulting, Medical communications, commercial and creative Marketing, and Policy, Access, Value, and Evidence. Each of these services is underpinned by shared world-class resources, including digital expertise, insight, data analytics and visualisation, and media and production.

These capabilities work independently or combine seamlessly as one unit, complete with teams tailored to the client’s individual needs and challenges. As a result, our clients can utilize Skysis’ skills in combination with a wide range of services. The addition of Skysis brings strategy and market access across the entire commercial life cycle, expanding on Avalere Health’s integrated strategic consulting capabilities.

Skysis’ expertise adds to a growing list of services that Avalere Health offers as a commercialization partner. The company has a strong strategic consulting team, including analysts, researchers, commercial consultants, market access and customer experience specialists, and boasts a network of physician Expert Partnerships, which seamlessly work with our other capabilities to help clients maximize their impact as changemakers.

The acquisition is representative of Avalere Health’s ambitions to offer end-to-end commercialization solutions to our clients through integrating core capabilities that match perfectly with the key capabilities of the wider company.
