Case Study

Upskilling executive communication for impact and trust

January 28, 2026

Situation

A global organization recognized that while leaders and field representatives were operationally strong, their communication was not consistently building trust, influence, or executive alignment with senior stakeholders Messages often lacked impact, limiting trust, influence, and alignment across executive and cross-functional audiences. In a fast-moving, highly regulated environment, the organization required a modern capability-building approach to elevate leadership communication and prepare talent for future transformation and innovation priorities.

Solution

We designed a high-impact, experiential workshop that combined evidence-based communication frameworks with expert guest facilitation to help participants develop authentic presence and confidence. Through interactive activities, advanced questioning, emotional intelligence techniques, and role-play simulations, participants learned to communicate with clarity, empathy, and intention.

The program integrated professional facilitators, negotiation experts, and performance-based coaching to move beyond traditional presentation skills. Participants applied new tools in realistic scenarios using coaching cards, group activities, and peer feedback to embed behaviors that drive alignment and connection.

Success

The workshop repositioned communication from a transactional skill to a strategic leadership capability. Participants reported greater confidence in engaging senior stakeholders and demonstrated more intentional, influential communication in follow-up evaluations. Leadership teams observed improved collaboration and more cohesive messaging across critical workstreams. By strengthening executive presence and interpersonal effectiveness, the organization advanced its broader strategy, preparing teams to navigate transformation initiatives, represent the business credibly, and support long-term innovation goals.
