The business challenge
The Medical Marketing team was experiencing large volumes of work with a less-than-ideal head count
They needed support with coordinating and executing product theaters with KOLs selected from the organization’s Speaker Bureau
What we did
Led the development and coordination for a total of 20 product theater events
• At webinar-based key conferences
• At live key conferences
How we did it
• Updated presentation content to reflect new brand strategy and tailored stories according to Healthcare Provider segments. This included cross-functional alignment and shepherded content through the MLR process
• Contracted each KOL speaker through the organization’s legal process
• Coordinated KOL and MSLs to present and practice new presentation content prior to each event
• Coordinated contracts and logistics with Conferences for the live product theaters
• Coordinated contracts and logistics with Digital Platform for the webinar-based product theaters
• Managed the agency to create tactics that promoted live and webinar product theaters and coordinated through the MLR process
