Casey is a pharmacist who leverages her clinical background to support clients navigating pharmaceutical market entry and optimization. Her focus includes coding and reimbursement considerations, life cycle management, clinical compendia, clinical pathways, and FDA regulatory policies. She is also a certified professional biller with medical revenue cycle and clinical coding expertise. Prior to joining Avalere, Casey worked for hospital, retail, and MTM pharmacies where she counseled patients on medications, disease states, and lifestyle modifications. She has assisted patients and caregivers in navigating medication coverage and access pertaining to federal and private health plans. Casey has a BA in biology from James Madison University and a PharmD from Shenandoah University. She is immunization certified and licensed to practice pharmacy in the state of Virginia.
