She specializes in payer value communications across the product development continuum, including global value dossiers (GVDs), early GVDs, reimbursement dossiers, value stories, and objection handlers. She also has experience developing AI-enhanced deliverables, custom GVD templates, pre-approval decks, leave-behinds, and digital value communication platforms. Heather has supported projects across a range of therapeutic areas, including oncology, autoimmune diseases, and rare diseases. She holds a Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree and has more than 10 years of experience as a licensed pharmacist in retail and long-term care settings.
