Ian is a Senior Analyst with a number of years' experience in consultancy and life sciences. Since joining Avalere Health, Ian has conducted primary and secondary research across a range of therapeutic areas with a focus in oncology, hematology, and immunology, and helped pharmaceutical companies to develop landscape assessments, value messaging, and market access strategy materials in multiple indications (including newly diagnosed and relapsed multiple myeloma and myelofibrosis). Ian is currently working on projects in multiple myeloma and HER2+ breast cancer. In previous roles, Ian worked in real-world value and evidence, brain health policy and advocacy, and health communications. Ian also has a strong background in primary and secondary research. Ian holds a BS in biology from Davidson College and a Master of Science in Information Science and Master of Science in Health Policy from the University of North Carolina Chapel Hill. Outside of work, Ian enjoys cooking, spending time with friends, lifting weights, and watching tv.
