Jodie has a multidisciplinary, integrated strategy background spanning customer experience (CX), user experience (UX), human-centred design, product and service innovation, digital transformation, organisational and operational strategy, omnichannel strategy, communications and content strategy, and experience design. She has led strategic engagements across global pharmaceutical organisations, consumer healthcare brands, technology companies, AI scale-ups, and a range of start-ups, helping organisations better understand customer needs and translate insights into products, services, and experiences that deliver meaningful impact. Her experience includes leading strategy for clients such as Novartis IHD, alongside work across SaaS, digital health, AI, financial services, FMCG and consumer sectors. Jodie specialises in bridging diverse disciplines and cross-functional teams, translating customer, commercial and technical perspectives into integrated, human-centred strategies. As part of Avalere Health's SenseLab team, she enjoys working at the intersection of healthcare, technology and innovation to solve complex challenges for patients, caregivers, HCPs and organisations.
