Laura comes from a pharma background, having worked within the customer experience and engagement team. She has 4 years' experience working on addressing 'wicked' challenges, by bringing human-centred research into the design and delivery of solutions, in order to meet the needs of patients and other stakeholders. From digital engagement to patient engagement, Laura has worked across a range of therapy areas; including rare disease, oncology and vaccines. Recently Laura has predominantly been focused on analysing user research through the lends of behavioural science and is passionate about understanding how we might prompt patients to make positive decisions about their personal health.
