Lydia is an Associate Consultant with 3 years' experience in the Pharmaceuticals industry covering both strategy and insight consulting. She has worked across a range of therapy areas including Dermatology, Neurology, Immunology and Oncology and also has a keen interest in women's health. Lydia has worked on projects scoped to understand early stage brand planning, customer behaviours and needs, optimising product performance and implementing behavioural change. Lydia studied Psychology BSc at the University of Nottingham with a focus on biological psychology - understanding how the body influences mind and behaviour.
