Rui is a Senior Consultant with expertise in commercial strategy, market intelligence, medical affairs, and publications. She has experience working with pharmaceutical, medical technology, and digital health assets across global markets, with a focus on Asia-Pacific. Her therapeutic area expertise spans oncology, rare diseases, and infectious diseases, among others. Before joining Avalere Health, Rui worked in Medical Affairs at GSK Consumer Health (now Haleon), held positions at other boutique healthcare consulting firms, and undertook various roles in public health research. She graduated with first class honors from the National University of Singapore (NUS), earning a primary major in life sciences and a second major in public health.
