Sophie is a Consultant at Avalere Health. She has more than 5 years' experience in health economics and market access in pharmaceutical consulting and the medical technology industry. At Avalere Health, her work has included conducting strategic landscape assessments using the PRMA Healthcheck® digital application, and primary research with payers and KOLs. She also has experience of working on health economic evaluations, value-based communication tools, and systematic literature reviews to support strategic market access decisions and HTA submissions across multiple therapeutic areas, including oncology, cardiovascular diseases, and neuromodulation treatments. Sophie holds an MSc in Health Economics from the University of York in the UK and a BSc in Accounting and Finance from the University of Macedonia in Greece. Outside of work, Sophie enjoys dancing and practicing yoga and Pilates. Traveling is her first choice during holidays and at weekends.
