Tala Rayes works within Avalere Health’s SenseLab team, translating qualitative and quantitative insights into actionable recommendations that help pharmaceutical and healthcare clients make informed strategic decisions. Recently, Tala has supported global research programmes across alopecia areata, recurrent urinary tract infections, tardive dyskinesia, women’s health, and rare neurological conditions. Her work has helped clients understand patient and healthcare professional experiences, identify behavioural barriers and unmet needs, and translate complex findings into practical strategies, experience maps, stakeholder profiles, and recommendations for communication and engagement. Before joining Avalere Health, Tala worked at Ipsos, where she led client communications and project delivery across qualitative and quantitative studies spanning vaccines, respiratory diseases, women’s health, infectious diseases, consumer branding, and global health. She has experience across the full research lifecycle, including study design, fieldwork management, data analysis, insight generation, and the development of clear and compelling client deliverables. Tala holds a bachelor’s degree in sociology and psychology from the University of Southampton. Her academic background provides a strong foundation in behavioural drivers, consumer behaviour, emotional intelligence, and cultural awareness.
