Tony has over 15 years' market access and healthcare consultancy experience, successfully leading the vision, delivery, and continuous improvement of digital platforms and healthcare solutions for both life sciences and public health clients globally. At Avalere Health, Tony is Associate Director, Digital Platforms within the Advisory Data & AI Hub, accountable for the strategic roadmap, governance, and value realisation of the organisation's core knowledge and collaboration platforms. He works closely with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams to translate complex business requirements into scalable, secure, and high-quality digital solutions. Tony's delivery experience spans data-driven web and mobile applications, HEOR tools (such as budget impact models and core value dossiers), payer value propositions, low/no-code automations, and feature-rich educational toolkits. He oversees solution design, quality standards, and client engagement across selected digital workstreams, ensuring robust delivery within agreed timelines and budgets. He also drives data integration and governance initiatives, including HR/IT system integrations, taxonomy management, and compliance with GDPR and ISO 27001 frameworks. Beyond delivery, Tony champions a culture of continuous improvement and upskilling in data engineering and AI, identifying opportunities to commercialise reusable solutions, improve platform adoption, and communicate measurable value to leadership. Prior to Avalere Health, he spent several years at Johnson & Johnson developing digital applications to improve internal processes across multiple operating companies.
