Kylie specializes in Medicare Part D policy and drug pricing reforms, with particular expertise in the Inflation Reduction Act (IRA) and its implications for manufacturers, payers, and patients. She advises clients on legislative and regulatory developments affecting the Medicare Drug Price Negotiation Program, Part D benefit redesign, pharmacy benefit manager (PBM) reforms, and broader drug pricing dynamics, translating complex policy changes into actionable business, market access, and advocacy strategies. Prior to joining Avalere, Kylie worked at the MedStar Georgetown Transplant Institute, where she helped lead a process improvement plan to enhance operating efficiency and patient experience. She also supported the life sciences team at the Marwood Group, conducting research and analyzing the regulatory and legislative environment for pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies. Kylie has a BS in healthcare management policy from Georgetown University's School of Nursing and Health Studies.
